Player Evaluation Info

All players SINGLE A through Juniors who did not attend last week’s evaluations need to attend the evaluations the Saturday, February 18, 2017.

Evaluations are held at Kettle Run High School in the gym.

The gym entrance for Saturday is located at the end of the bus loop which is the first turn on Academic Avenue. The last door on the side of the school is the entrance for the gym.

Players should wear clothing that they are comfortable in while fielding, throwing, and hitting baseballs.

Players should bring a mitt, a bat, and a helmet if they have one.

NO cleats please.  Just wear tennis shoes.

All who have registered must have a time slot for an evaluation.  This is important as we only have the gym for a certain number of hours.  Having too many people at the same time slows down the process.  Showing up without an appointment or at the wrong time may not allow the division level coaches at your level to evaluate your player.

If you did not receive a signup genius email automatically after you signed up, please check your spam folder.

If you do not have the email and the other guardian you listed when you registered doesn’t have it in their email, then please contact the player agent for an evaluation time at:  playeragent@gfbll.com

If EVERY time slot is full at your division level, please contact the player agent at:  playeragent@gfbll.com

Please get your time slot by midnight Thursday in order to be evaluated.  Paperwork preparation for evaluations will be run on Friday.

Please note:  The player agent will not receive emails or signups anytime on Saturday as she will be at the high school setting up for and running evaluations as will other board members and volunteers.

Thank you.
